Yesterday the whole second hour e-9 class went into the Ravens Nest to talk about what ever you do on social media it can affect the college you go to because if you say something bad about the college they might not want you in their campus. One kid said something bad about the college that she wanted to go to but when the admission officers checked her social media and found the post then they rejected her application to the college.

The things that surprised me were that the officers could even check your things on social media or that it was even ok with the government to do that. It is my personal property and I want to chose the people who can see my stuff. 

One thing that I questioned is why they would even look at you profiles on the internet? It is your own personal thing you need to have permission from the student to go through their things.

My thinking of social media has changed so that I will be more careful of what I post on social media.

During this final year of e-Communication I was able to grow as a person, friends, and member of society. The works that I have completed have allowed me to met new people in my community and created deeper friendships. There was a sense of family when I was in ninth grade, this is still true 3 years later. I learned to complete projects on time and how to create videos efficiently in order to turn the projects in. Also I learned to work with people that did not really want to be in the program. The difficulty these kinds of people can bring are astronomical. This is the over the shoulder shot from our video. ONW Planner Procedure The scope of the project was to capture the various procedures in the planner and my partner and I chose to do the video about how to use the planner properly. Our process was to get notes from the client and see what the client wanted to be in their video. Then from those notes we came up with ideas and wrote them down. After we wrote down our ideas we grabbed a storyboard and came up with a few ideas for shots then fine tuned them. This was a medium shot to capture the teacher signing the planner.  For the shooting we followed the storyboard almost exactly and we remembered the 6-shot system and the 180* rule. The six shot system consists of six shots (duh) and they are Extreme-wide, Wide, Medium, Over the shoulder, Close-up, and Extreme close-up.
